Where do you ship?

Within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Items printed to order in the United States usually arrive within 5 to 11 business days of your order. Items from our overseas supplier take longer, usually up to 20 business days. Each product description says which applies.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and nothing is added at checkout.

Will I be charged anything at delivery?

Not on items printed and shipped in the United States. Items from our overseas supplier cross the border, and a customs duty can be charged on those. That is a government charge, not ours, and it is outside our control. Each product description says where it ships from.

How do I track my order?

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. See Track Your Order.

What is your return policy?

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not as described. Full details on our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number. We reply within 24 to 48 hours on working days with the return address and instructions.

When do I get my money back?

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to the card or account you paid with.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout.
