Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to countries in the European Union.
Shipping cost
Shipping within the United States is free on orders of $140 USD or more.
On US orders under $140 USD, and on all orders outside the United States, shipping is charged at a flat rate. The exact amount depends on the destination and is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your location.
These are honest estimates rather than guarantees. If something is going to take longer, we will tell you.
If your order is delayed
If we cannot ship within the time we told you, we will email you with a revised shipping date, and you can either accept it or cancel for a full refund.
If we cannot ship your order at all, or you do not accept a revised date, we will refund you in full without you having to ask.
Import duties and taxes
Any customs duty, tariff or import tax charged at the border is paid by you, not by us. These charges are set by your government, are not included in the price you pay us, and are outside our control.
- United States: the $800 duty free allowance for low value parcels ended on 29 August 2025. Duty can now apply to a parcel of any value entering the US.
- European Union: from 1 July 2026 a customs charge applies to parcels valued under EUR 150, on top of import VAT.
If your carrier asks you for a payment before delivery, that is a government charge, not a second charge from us.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will send it again once the return and re-delivery cost is covered.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and you do not have it, email us and we will sort it out.
