Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $140 USD or more.

Below $140, shipping is charged at a flat rate. The exact amount is shown to you at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Items printed to order in the United States are usually printed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, and arrive 3 to 6 business days after that.

Items from our overseas supplier take longer, usually up to 20 business days from order to delivery.

Every product description says which of these applies to that item. These are honest estimates rather than guarantees. If something is going to take longer, we will tell you.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship within the time we told you, we will email you with a revised shipping date, and you can either accept it or cancel for a full refund.

If we cannot ship your order at all, or you do not accept a revised date, we will refund you in full without you having to ask.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will send it again once the return and re-delivery cost is covered.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and you do not have it, email us and we will sort it out.

Where your order ships from

Our own printed designs, the patterned pillows and table linens, are printed to order and shipped inside the United States. On those orders there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Our plain, textured, woven and novelty pillow covers and our blankets ship from our overseas supplier. On those a customs duty can be charged at the border. That charge is set by the government, is not included in the price you pay us, and is outside our control. If a carrier asks you for a payment before delivery, that is a government charge and not a second charge from us.
