Note to the store owner: if you sell to consumers in the EU you also need to publish the registered legal name of the trading entity and its company registration number here. Add them before publishing.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include customs duty or import tax. Those are charged at your border and paid by you.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

• EU and EEA consumers: you have a 14 day right of withdrawal and a legal guarantee of at least 2 years on goods that are faulty or not as described. See our Right of Withdrawal page.
• US customers: we ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated. If we cannot, we will offer you a revised date or refund you in full without you asking.

On top of those rights, we give everyone 30 days to return an item they simply do not want. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with the site, or to resell our content. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens. If an item is not what we described, that is covered by the sections above and it is on us to put right.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, and the courts of Kentucky have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

Note to the store owner: have a lawyer confirm this clause fits how your business is actually registered.
